We are at the Beginning of the 2017, and many of us are looking to some new Ideas.
Successful weight loss means losing weight and keeping it off forever. People who loose Kilos rapidly tend to put them all back on, Because of are the Habits have to change, the motivation that moves you to loose weight have to be for seeing the benefit in maintaining it off forever. Before you can set out to get a healthy weight, you must understand how important it is to achieve a lifestyle change.
A great way to lose weight is to start doing HIIT cardio. “HIIT” is short for high intensity interval training. This exercise is great because your heart works at high level and we drastically reduce the amount of time you spend in the gym, and this method is proven to be more effective than regular cardio.
Then we want to make a lifestyle change that will help us to lose weight now and keep it off in the future, switch from drinking coffee to green tea or better just water. The caffeine in coffee can cause us to retain water and become dehydrated. The antioxidants in green tea not only help us to feel better, they can also aid in maintaining a healthy weight.
If we have a blender, we can make some terrific treats that will help us lose weight.
Blended drinks are a great way to incorporate fresh fruits into the diet; a tasty, high-fiber way to drink vitamins.
Use less sauces and dressings in your foods. Sauces and dressings are often made with oil or contain lots of sugar and even chemical flavors.

Drowning your green salad in dressing or smothering your baked potato in sour cream, adds a lot of fat and calories.
You can try using substitutes, such as non-fat sour cream, but you should also experiment with more spices to flavor your food.

Eat breakfast every day to help you slim down. In general, people who eat breakfast weigh less than those who do not. Because you have not had anything to eat since before you went to bed, by morning your body has started into a fasting mode. Breakfast (“break” the “fast”), breaks that cycle and keeps your metabolism normalized. If you go another four or more hours without eating, your body begins to enter starvation mode and you are much more likely to overindulge on a high-calorie snack or a huge lunch.
I’m eating most different colours of vegetable possibles during the week..I’ll challenge my self even with food (veg) that I don’t like…but I know that more various is the diet and more healthy my diet is.
Again, the key to real weight loss is lifestyle adjustment. Apply what you’ve just learned to lose weight and then maintain it.
And Movements have to become on a daily basis or habits… If you don’t like run ( I do) try just Walk…

The Purpose of this post is to make you aware that I’m very very passionate about natural ingredients for my cooking events and even the bread it can hide many many difficult chemicals ingredients difficult to digest for our body, it depends on how much honest is with you your bakers or your personal chef.
I like to hear my clients days after the dinner and like to hear that all my food was fantastic and very light to digest…here the point; I’m doing things like my grandma told me around 1980 before she dies. Now My bread … I start my base with yogurt and ferment water and flour … this is the only time when my bread or canapes made with bread base see a derivative from the cow. And then I feed my BASE (biga) every 3 days, and I’ll try to use it regularly.
So if you will be my next client , you will tell me how good is my bread and my canapes .
For today this is my Lunch. I’ve already trained myself in the gym, with my trainers Jimmy and now I’m going to get this full source of energies.
Then good to know:
Cabbage
Is an excellent source of vitamin C and K, many vitamin b6 much more !!
Broccoli
Is an excellent value of vitamin C and K and several B vitamins and many others !!!
Carrots and celery and spinach (all fresh) just blitzed up…

When I cook for my clients always, I try to give them a better taste and superb experience. Using sous vide I achieve this all the time. Tender meat and cooked perfectly through without frying .
In the Picture what do you see is a chopped seed of an Avocado. I found that I can chop it easily and then I’ll BLITZ with a blender with orange juice and maybe some fresh spinach. From my research (you can do yours as well) is more nutrient than the fruit, but the taste is very bitter. I found this way to eat it more comfortable, and I can tell you I’m quite happy to eat like this again.
I know are many the benefits of an avocado seed, here just some for make you aware to not bin next time this precious food.

Hello, My friends, Giuseppe Manzoli here with: Six easy tips to make your Fantastic Ice Cream at Home
Step 1
My Recipe:
Milk 1,150 gr
Cream 230 gr
Eggs yolks 160 gr
Sugar 350gr
Honey 50gr
Vanilla to taste
Salt a pinch
Orange zest to taste
Step 2
Bring Milk and half sugar at 40 degrees (use a very thick pot) and then add the yolks to the other 50% of the sugar… Do exactly what I’m telling here, please!
Step 3
Continue to whisk, not allowed the mixture to rest on the bottom of the pot… add your pinch of salt your honey and take off from the heat
Step 4
Before 80 degrees (you don’t want cook too much the yolks).
Step 5
Off the heat the pot, then add your cream and vanilla and the orange. You will have better taste in this way… now you have finished cooking your mixture.
Step 6
Put your mixture in the fridge. If still warm cover with Cling-Paper and make some holes on it to permit the steam release…
Male your Ice Cream At List 24 after you have put it in fridge… This time is the quintessential requirement to get a perfect and soft Ice-cream. Do not forget to pass your Mixture before putting it in the Ice-cream Maker…

In the Picture, you see my Easy meal for the family during the week.Easy but very nutrient and full of vitamins… and delicious.
For this dish, is important to plan the day before to dunk in cold water the beans and the cheek peas and leave them until the next day.
Then the next day has arrived it’s time to prepare our meal that can stay in the fridge for the next three days… so we have more meals ready, and we don’t have to spend our precious time to cook.
So we are ready to make this Fabulous full Protein Dish !!
Saute’ Onions, Carrots, Spring Onions, Paprika, and Turmeric, add your beans, olive oil, salt,pepper,fresh chilly and water to cover and then cook slowly at list 3 hours… You can use the Slow Cooker then You can do others jobs…
You can use this as the great companion of any others winter meals…
