Giuseppe was so easy to deal with beforehand, always promptly answering emails or calls. He amended our menu to suit our needs and it was out of this world. He was so unobtrusive but friendly at the same time. The cocktails were unexpected and fab and the whole evening was made super special. A lovely chef, thank you, it was perfect.

This happy birthday party has been made in Largs , Giuseppe travelled and served his tailored menu for the entire family,cocktails and canapes and then 5 courses meal .

From the Private Chef services, When the Nettles Pesto is done, I can use it in my Pasta dishes or in my Canapes. If I don’t use parmesan in it, then is vegan, but if I want more flavour then I’ll add some grated parmesan.

How to do Nettles Pesto

I can serve it also with Canapes, with Little Tartelettes or with polenta or with little bruschetta. It could be used for vegan Canapes as well or for Fishy or meat Canapes.

In this recipe, I’ve used Walnuts but I can do a nice nuts-free pesto as well.

I can deal with any dietary requirement.

Buffet of Canapes at the beginning and then the Dinner.This dinner was made for the wedding of  Stuart and Mss Lesley, two wonderful guests.They made all support necessary for making me feel at home. There was also 6 or 8 children and I started feeding them with pizzas and cakes. The Children menu was spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, and fresh fruit. The adults have enjoyed my homemade ravioli with spinach and ricotta and a beef

The adults have enjoyed my homemade ravioli with spinach and ricotta and a beef brasato, as they are in love with some of the italian dishes like this.

The star of the starters was a wonderful double cooked cheese souffle.

The main course, beef brasato they said was excellent.

I’ve cured it with all my heart, put it in red wine and fresh vegetable for 12 hours the day before .

This was a Party with Buffet and BBQ in AYR for 60 people.

Giuseppe Manzoli is not only the most fantastic of Chef’s he is an absolutely wonderful human being.

A wedding is a complex, and stressful thing for anyone to try and organise with a multitude of difficulties to overcome and work through. However, when you finally see it all coming together after the months of research, planning and hard work, the one thing you have left after a beautiful wedding day is your wedding meal.

The Catering went very well from us,

the quality of the food was excellent, the main course was braised beef, slow-cooked for 24 hours and marinated in Cabernet Sauvignon.

We have had big problems with the electricity supplied from the venue, we called their engineer many times, but we delivered an excellent job.

It was a canape reception and then a buffet-style wedding with a sharing mezze platter as a starter.

Organise Weddings with no kitchen available or in not excellent technology condition always has its challenges that are calling you to source into your past experiences.

Here, with Giuseppe Manzoli Chef We set our goals high when we take a job.

Our first commitment is to make your event Remarkable

and so we are prepared to all challenges can happen, the water is short, the electricity is cut off and on and on.

A well done Private Dinner with Canapes and Cake as well.

In May 2017 I’ve had the privilege to serve and organize the  Private Dinner for this Family in a lodge with self-catering kitchen. Was also a happy 70th Happy Birthday .

We Started with this Buffet of Canapes and Appetizer and some cocktails as well. As I studied and ran my previously business as cocktails bars in the 90 I can deliver private dinners with cocktails as well. and then we have had Dinner, and everybody has enjoyed even the little one

I served 2 starters, one soup and my homemade ravioli with ricotta and spinach,

and everybody has enjoyed even the little one.

At the end I provide the Cakes as well   , as I’m a pastry chef as well, I can provide a superb cake , made from scratch like most of my dishes. I’m focused in delivery Uniques experiences where my guests can enjoy food without preservatives and chemicals flavourings.
