With 35 years of Italian craft and training at Istituto Etoile under Rossano Boscolo and Luca Montersino, Giuseppe cooks across Scotland in your self-catering house, lodge, country house or chosen venue.

We hired Giuseppe Manzoli as a private chef for my partner’s 30th in Moffat and he was amazing. The food was incredible - beautifully presented and full of flavour - and he created such a relaxed, special atmosphere for the evening.

Last week I stayed at Dungarthill House near Dunkeld for the second time. An amazing house/venue. Giuseppe came and cooked for us on the Saturday night. He was fantastic. Very personable and nothing was a problem. His food was really quite something. My wife had the most communication with him about a multitude of dishes to choose from and we narrowed it down to what we wanted. They were all fantastic. We got lucky with the weather and had the canapés outside. All organised and presented by Giuseppe and his trusty assistant Lyn who again could not have done more to make our evening exceptional. Then inside for the main meal and dessert. I could not recommend highly enough. Top marks. Thank you Giuseppe and Lyn for your service and super tasty food. M

Giuseppe was absolutely wonderful. Not only was he able to accommodate a change of date at short notice, but he made multiple suggestions about how to improve the menu. We booked him for a private celebration and couldn’t have been happier with both the food and service.

Giuseppe! What can I say. What a gentlemen. A true professional with a slice of love on the side. Giuseppe’s food was absolutely incredible and we were blown away by his care towards his food and our entire group. The food he cooked was spectacular, and he served many different dishes from salmon to chicken breast, sole and chorizo, hand made tagliatelle, hand made ravioli, with many different sauces... It was a buffet style! For the chicken, he used the sous vide method, and I never taste a chicken so juicy and soft.
