Giuseppe, your Italian private chef from Modena, prepares every dish from scratch using fresh Scottish produce — no reheats, no pre-prepped trays. With 35 years of Italian craft and training at Istituto Etoile under Rossano Boscolo and Luca Montersino, Giuseppe cooks across Scotland in your self-catering house, lodge, country house or chosen venue.
Weddings, hen parties, milestone birthdays, weekend celebrations, intimate dinners — every event tailored to your guests, your tastes and your occasion. We handle everything: sourcing ingredients, cooking, serving and full kitchen clean-down before we leave.
