For today this is my Lunch. I’ve already trained myself in the gym, with my trainers Jimmy and now I’m going to get this full source of energies.

Is an excellent value of vitamin C and K and several B vitamins and many others !!!
Carrots and celery and spinach (all fresh) just blitzed up…
