In the Picture what do you see is a chopped seed of an Avocado. I found that I can chop it easily and then I’ll BLITZ with a blender with orange juice and maybe some fresh spinach. From my research (you can do yours as well) is more nutrient than the fruit, but the taste is very bitter. I found this way to eat it more comfortable, and I can tell you I’m quite happy to eat like this again.
I know are many the benefits of an avocado seed, here just some for make you aware to not bin next time this precious food.
