The Catering went very well from us,
the quality of the food was excellent, the main course was braised beef, slow-cooked for 24 hours and marinated in Cabernet Sauvignon.
We have had big problems with the electricity supplied from the venue, we called their engineer many times, but we delivered an excellent job.
It was a canape reception and then a buffet-style wedding with a sharing mezze platter as a starter.
