Buffet of Canapes at the beginning and then the Dinner.This dinner was made for the wedding of Stuart and Mss Lesley, two wonderful guests.They made all support necessary for making me feel at home. There was also 6 or 8 children and I started feeding them with pizzas and cakes. The Children menu was spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, and fresh fruit. The adults have enjoyed my homemade ravioli with spinach and ricotta and a beef

The adults have enjoyed my homemade ravioli with spinach and ricotta and a beef brasato, as they are in love with some of the italian dishes like this.
The star of the starters was a wonderful double cooked cheese souffle.
The main course, beef brasato they said was excellent.
I’ve cured it with all my heart, put it in red wine and fresh vegetable for 12 hours the day before .
