The food he cooked was spectacular, and he served many different dishes from salmon to chicken breast, sole and chorizo, hand made tagliatelle, hand made ravioli, with many different sauces... It was a buffet style! For the chicken, he used the sous vide method, and I never taste a chicken so juicy and soft.
