In May 2017 I delivered this wedding for 130 people at summerhall in Edinburgh.
Everything went very well from us, the quality of the food was excellent, the main course was braised beef, slow cooked for 24 hours and marinated in Cabernet Sauvignon red wine.
We have had big problems with the electricity supplied from the venue, we have had to call their engineer many times, but we delivered an excellent job.
It was a canape reception and then a buffet style wedding with a sharing mezze platter as a starter.
