Giuseppe is an amazing chef! He catered for a friends birthday where there was any thing to eat -we arrived a little bit late but Giuseppe managed to serve hot food all the time through. The food he cooked was spectacular, and he served many differents dishes from salmon to chicken breast, sole and chorizo , hand made tagliatelle, hand made ravioli, with many different sauces… It was a buffet style! For the chicken, he used the sous vide method, and I never taste a chicken so juicy and soft.The sole was baked in the oven with herbs and chorizo, a combination of flavor very nice. There was a huge variety of delicious food to suit everyone’s tastes. He prepared the dishes and served to the buffet and through our friends too. At the end he leaves the kitchen spotless, I would definitely recommend his services 🙂
