I am very lucky to have witnessed gio’s skills and the beautiful food that he makes. I would honestly sell my soul to make food the way that he does. There is not enough money in the world to pay the guy that is fitting for his work. When I’m lucky enough to have a special occasion he is the first person that I will call as I know I will not be disappointed and my mind will be blown with his work. 12 out of 10
