The legacies from his grandmother Maria were the love for nature, picking seasonal fruits & vegetables, and cooking homemade food. All those beautiful memories have led Giuseppe to select the freshest seasonal ingredients to prepare a variety of delicious meals in addition to baking fresh bread and cakes, making homemade Gelato, and preparing the pasta dough and sauces at home.
From infancy spent in Italy along with having a personal business there, he then moved to the UK for new adventures but the luck did not cross his way. Giuseppe believed that his passion for cooking along with continuous learning and dedication will lead him to shine one day somewhere. After that, he decided to move to Scotland and overcome all the obstacles at any cost. With his persistence to grow, Giuseppe learned English by himself at the age of 40 and knocked so many doors to find a job. After several work experiences, an idea came to his mind to launch his personal catering business. Giuseppe now is among the prestigious luxurious delicious catering companies serving Scotland and UK.
